OUT OF OFFICE

Eric took the weekend off from the vlog, and went camping at the base of Steens Mountain Saturday+Sunday with Chris Corbin.

"When we were in Ventura and my creative energy was off the charts, I told myself I'd get out of our hometown as often as I could from now on to keep that good energy flowing. Experiencing new things is one of the ultimate hacks to achieving flow state. I think it had so much to do with my training going so well the last couple of months and I'm on a mission to hang onto it."

Stay tuned for a short episode from the trip sometime this week!
