Not sure what size you need? Measure something that fits you and compare:
Chest - Lay the garment flat, start 1" below the armhole seam right where the armpit ends and measure across the chest from the right side to the left side.
Length - Measure from the center of the neck seam down to the bottom hem.

The [Multi]sport long sleeve is built using the same fabric and fit as the heavy trail tee, but obviously with long sleeves. This is the most premium long sleeve we’ve made to date. Run + bike? Swimrun? Ironman? XTERRA? Multisport has no limits other than your own imagination and ambition.
