The TTL Development Team was founded by Eric Lagerstrom & Paula Findlay with the goal of helping young professionals as they bridge the gap between turning professional and making a living in the sport. In their early careers, Eric and Paula each experienced first hand how steep the learning curve for aspiring professionals can be, and how challenging the financial outlook while progressing through the ranks. The TTL Devo Team offers mentorship opportunities, financial assistance toward performance goals, and the support of the global TTL community to each of our incredible athletes.

The 2024 team kit is made possible by the support of Castelli Cycling.
