2025 Development Team Roster

The TTL Development Team was founded by Eric Lagerstrom & Paula Findlay with the goal of helping young professionals as they bridge the gap between turning professional and making a living in the sport. In their early careers, Eric and Paula each experienced first hand how steep the learning curve for aspiring professionals can be, and how challenging the financial outlook while progressing through the ranks. The TTL Devo Team offers mentorship opportunities, financial assistance toward performance goals, and the support of the global TTL community to each of our incredible athletes.

The 2025 team kit is made possible by the support of Castelli Cycling.

Support the Team

The TTL Development Team is funded by the support of the global TTL Community. Each year, we’ll release custom TTL Nation kits where 100% of proceeds go to supporting team members directly. If you’d like to make a donation to support the team directly, we appreciate all the help we can get.

Meet The 2025 Development Team

Lara Rajterič

Lara is the only Slovenian professional middle-distance triathlete and is excited to represent her country and be a part of the team. 2024 marked her first year as a pro, with a few set backs after being hit by a car and fighting injuries along the way and the spirit to keep fightin’. We’re stoked to see her on the line this year in a TTL kit.

Liam Donnelly

Native to Victoria, Liam has represented Canada at the North American, Pan American, and World Championships. He is currently in the top 75 of the World Ranking and climbing after getting into the sport at 10 years old, not knowing how to swim. He’s making his mark and this year will be his WTCS debut. He is excited to have the support of the TTL team behind him.

Mimi Carlton

Mimi is based in the UK and comes to triathlon from a background in rowing before breaking through to triathlon in 2018. She is looking to make the leap from amateur to pro racing after multiple age group wins in the 70.3 distance in 2024, and is excited to be a part of the TTL Devo Team and community.

Lydia Russell

Lydia currently lives and trains in Tucson, Arizona where she studies law and has been part of their NCAA tri team the past 2 years. She began her career focusing on short course racing internationally, and this year is looking to take the step up to 70.3 distance this year.

Zack Cooper

Back for a second round, Zack is originally from London, England and currently based in Switzerland.  Find him riding on the dreamy Swiss Alps roads and sipping coffee at the shop after. After his first season as a pro which included a 13th place at Challenge Roth, he's heading into 2025 with hopes for more, spurred on by the incredible TTL community!

John Reed

A Virginia Beach native, John is back for his second season with the TTL Devo team. Focusing on Draft Legal Olympic Distance racing, he showed an impressive season last year and we are stoked to be able to further support his journey!
