2026 Devo Team

We started the TTL Development Team with a simple goal: to help young professionals bridge the gap between "turning pro" and actually making a living in this sport. In our own early careers, we (Eric and Paula) both experienced firsthand how steep that learning curve can be...and how daunting the financial side is when you’re trying to climb the ranks.

Through this team, we’re able to offer some financial assistance and direction.. but the support of the global TTL community to athletes really brings the project to life.

This season we found some incredible talent and we can't wait to see our community rally behind them! Give them a follow on instagram, support them through the highs and lows, and cheer for them the next time to see them on a race course.
