A massive open space to the north and west of Bend, Tumalo Reservoir is a failed irrigation project dating back to the early 1900’s. A network of gravel roads offering incredible Mountain Views snake through sagebrush and sand across what was meant to be a massive lake. Inspiring us both physically and creatively, we have our best workouts and take our favorite pictures at Tumalo. Inspired by the sand, sagebrush, and red ponderosas, we hope this collection will inspire you to get out and explore whatever you have in your own backyard.
