A Few Things to Know...

Thanks for your interest in joining Team TTL! We're so excited you're considering being a part of our community. Before you fill out the application, we wanted to share a few important details to make sure you have all the information you need.

The Vibe
Team TTL is a positive and welcoming space for everyone. We want you to feel comfortable and free to be yourself. To keep it that way, we ask that you leave politics and agendas at the door and just enjoy the ride with us. We’re all here to connect over a shared passion of endurance and fitness, and we want to keep it simple and fun. You can choose your level of involvement—whether you want to be a social media butterfly, an occasional TTL APP observer, or someone who meets up with new friends at races. This is a good vibes place, and we're just glad you're here.

The Gear
We’ve got some cool team gear lined up for you. We’ll have two options for joining the team:
Package 1: This package is priced around $400 USD and includes some awesome team gear. This is somewhat Triathlon specific.
Package 2: This package is priced around $150 USD and doesn't require you to buy any of the gear. Not a triathlon-er? Sign up for this and you'll be rolling.

You'll also have the chance to purchase some additional team-issue items that won't be available to the public. Just a heads-up: when you get to the size charts, please double-check them! We won't be able to reorder custom gear, so it's super important to get it right the first time. You’ll have about 10 days after you're approved to make your purchases before we send everything to production. Approvals will be sent out in Early October.

The Perks and the Reality
We’ve worked hard to create some great perks for our team members. Some of our partners will be offering special discounts and opportunities throughout the year. While we can’t guarantee that every one of our personal sponsors will be a team partner, you can expect some great deals.

We also want to be real with you...Our careers are getting pretty busy. While we can't be available for non-stop chats, joining the team does give you a streamlined way to connect with us and the community. We're creating a close-knit space where everyone can get to know each other.

If you apply for the team but decide you don't like the gear design, perks, or simply are having second thoughts for personal reasons- No sweat! We are happy to extend your spot to someone else.. Just email Jordan @ jordan@thattriathlonlife.com to withdraw.

Finally, we've got some great events planned for 2026! As a member of Team TTL, you'll get 24-hour priority access to any race, training camp, or online hangout we organize. Some of these opportunities may sell out before being available to the pubic so this early access is a great perk!
