At TTL, we’re always looking for ways to make training and racing just a little bit better. The Chill Bill Prototype is our latest experiment. We wanted a hat that did more than just block the sun...we wanted one that actually kept you cool. 

By combining oversized laser-cut ventilation with a specialized ice-delivery pocket in the front, the Chill Bill keeps you airy and icy when the pace (and the temp) starts to climb. Plus, we’ve swapped traditional buckles for a custom elastic closure so you get a secure fit that stays comfortable for hours.

Integrated Ice-Cooling Pocket: A dedicated front-panel pocket designed to hold ice cubes from aid stations, providing direct cooling to the forehead to help regulate core temperature during hot efforts.
