Wahoo took the time-tested workhorse Kickr and gave it a little freedom. Just enough side to side action and total freedom front-and-back, if you feel like indoor training is just a bit too rigid and things start to hurt more quickly than they should, we'd recommend you try the MOVE. If you want to ride without the movement, it's easy to switch it over to "locked" and have the classic Kickr experience. Eric prefers the MOVE, and tends to ride it for indoor sessions, whereas Paula is less sensitive to the fatigue from fixed position indoor training.
