Wahoo Kickr Run

THE FUTURE IS HERE.

We have one of the first 5 units to make it into the world, and we are in love. Eric and Paula already had a gym quality treadmill and a woodway, and instantly loved the new Kickr Run. The running platform is quite stiff, but with a traditional belt style, so you get a feel somewere between the rubber squishiness of a woodway and the typical gym treadmil springboard feeling. The best part? RUN FREE. Sensors on the treadmill keep you centered on the platform, and if you speed up, getting closer to the front, the Kickr Run automatically and gently increases the pace. If you stop suddenly, so does Kickr Run. This is going to be incredible for both for interval training and just general mental stimulation during the winter. Also, the Kickr Run will interpret real-time course data (gradient, speed) on Strava and workout cues from WAHOO SYSTM.
